The emergency entrance (الطوارئ) is on the front of the building at street level, beside the pharmacy.

- Chest pain or pressure
- Difficulty breathing
- Signs of stroke: face drooping, arm weakness, speech difficulty
- Severe bleeding or a serious injury
- Someone who is unconscious or having a seizure

- A list of current medicines
- Recent test results or letters
